I went to True Blue for the first time and was greeted warmly, especially by Lydia who is an absolute delight to speak to while you're waiting for your stylist. My stylist was nice, and talkative and seemed to be listening to what I wanted and needed, but I'm less than satisfied with my hair cut. My wanting ""Some bangs, shape up the layers but keep it long because I'm growing it out"" translated to her that I needed at least 3 inches cut off, layers too short around the crown for me to do much with. I've never recieved a hair cut I didn't like, but this is definitely my first. And for $75, I feel ripped off.
