Horrible experience, no service, just a lecture. Also, no receipt or copy of work order. For all I know, they charged RC Wiley for 4 hours and parts and labor for who know what?\r Keiths appliace sent an employee to my house to 'repair' my dishwasher. Keiths was under contract to RC Wiley for warraty work and responded to their dispatch. The repairman spent less than 10 mins at my house, did not listen to what I was complaining about and insisted I was complaiing about dishes appearig ""cloudy or white"". I said that was not the nature of my complaint at all. The dishwasher left deposits of grit and garbage glued to the dishes. He ignored this, told me my Tub was filthy. I showed him, with a rag and a spoge that it was not. He then said ""I've been i the bisiness for 14 years I know what I'm talking about."" He insisted I return to RC Wiley and buy a chemical ""Citrus"" product and follow the directions and everythig would be fine. So, I immediately did that. 4 days and 5 loads later, using the product I still have the same problem.\r This guy did not listen, did not do anything but lecture me, and, right in front of him, I could prove he was wrong. As I told him, the machine worked fine for 4 years. By his reasoning, if my machine didn't work right, nobody's machine would work right.\r Also, a point I don't think he was aware of, I'm on well water, and my well water has half the sodium found in municipal ""treated"" water, taken from the Truckee River. His ranting and raving about ""cloudy/white"" is probably from his experience with Municipal water.\r I called and visited RC Wiley, and now they're sending A REAL APPLIANCE company out, Sargant's of Sparks..I wouldn't even give Keith's one star, but there's no way to do that\r \r THIS IS A FOLLOW UP ADDENDUM TO MY ORIGIAL POSTING: The following Monday Sargets Appliance Repair of Sparks responded to RC Wileys 2nd dispatch. Andy, the technition, disassembled the lower pump unit and found accumulated debris from 4 years of service. Cleaned everything, reassembled, and everything works perfectly. Took less than an hour. No, parts required. He was timley, kowledgeable and experiennced. Could not understand why the service tech from Keiths didn't just aujtomatically disassemble the pump uit...after all, it was 4.5 years old and obviously worked fine before, so logic indicates pump debris. IN SHORT: DO NOT USE KEITHS APPLIANCE NO-RESCUE.
