Review content:
We own an LG dishwasher. The first year warranty is expired. But we have two years for parts. My husband called LG about 10 days ago. They told him the code on the dishwashers indicates that we need a new motor. LG set the repair up with Appliance Rescue and had them call my husband. They told my husband that they would call me on Wednesday, July 2nd to set up an appointment to repair the dishwasher. I haven't heard from them. I called yesterday evening and got their answering service. The woman who answered said she would relay the information to them and have them call me this morning. It's now 2:00 p.m. They never called. So I called them. Once again I get an answering service who said they have the information from yesterday, but don't know why I haven't been contacted. They will pass the request on again and hopefully someone will call me. After reading these other two reviews, I don't hold out a lot of hope. I plan to call LG this evening and read these reviews to them as well.\r

Manufacturers should not use local repair people with this type of reputation.\r

I have had to get a repair on my LG refrigerator as well. It is under warranty. And, the company they used here in Reno a few months ago was not Appliance Rescue. So, I don't know what made them change companies. But it certainly wasn't a change for the better.
