Review content:
Small 76 space 55+ waterfront park on north end of Lake Meridian on east hill of Kent and only one mile to stores. Variety of older single wide homes and newer double wides with nice green area between homes. Good lake fishing and swimming and views of Mt.Rainier and Cascades. Park location is end of dead-end street. Space rent includes water, sanitary, and garbage disposal. Double wide serves as clubhouse and has pool table. I started the new century here and can recommend again (since we've had a change of mgmt. in 2008 & maintenance in '09).
Pros: Good choice of housing & Waterfront with mtn. views
Cons: Rent space & park owners out of state
