Mary Gere has been fired as manager of this park for ""bizarre"" behavior. However, she still resides in the park and directs her daughter to mismanage. Five residents have made arrangements to leave this park since Ms. Gere faked an automobile accident to get a resident evicted. Ms. Gere is being taken to court for her offenses.
Pros: The view of Mt. Rainier is fantastic!
Cons: Manager Mary Gere has been fired. Her daughter continues with mismanagement and intimidation.
