I was recently married and for my bridal shower some of my girlfriends got together to give me gift certificates to Lorraine's. I scheduled a massage and brow waxing prior to my wedding day and for them to do my hair and make-up the day of. I was very impressed with the service I received. Prior to this my spa experience was nil, but I felt very comfortable here. The layout and design of the studio is very cozy. Each member of the team is attentive and I even got to meet with the hairstylist and make-up artist a week beforehand so we could develop a plan of action.\r

My massage was just wonderful. My husband gets massages for medical reasons and it had never occurred to me to get one of my own, but everyone said it would help me to relax and enjoy and my wedding experience and they were SO RIGHT! I've told my husband that future gifts can definately include more pampering at Lorraine's. I'm going back this Saturday to have Julia cut my hair; she was the stylist who fixed my updo for my wedding.\r

One of my favorite features of Lorraine's is their receptionist, Wendy. Similar to a doctor's office, she calls you a day or two before your appointment to remind you of what you have scheduled. This is extremely helpful for someone as forgetful as me! LOL\r
