Review content:
We hired HLA investigations to serve two subpoenas and conduct a simple criminal background search. HLA told us that they had attempted to serve the subpoenas several times without success. As it turned out the offices they were being served on never saw or heard from HLA. HLA also never gave us any information from the criminal background search. When I confronted HLA with this the owner, Harvey Ames, flew into a rage on the phone, cursed me out and hung up. I never heard from Mr. Ames again and never got my requested refund.
Cons: Scam artist.
