After reading the good reviews (and figuring the bad ones are either from generally grumpy people or ex employees trying to get even) I decided to give this place a try. I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere a little more trendy and up to date. While the rest of Vancouver is severely lacking in trendiness this place hits the nail on the head, I could tell the gal that did my hair knew what she was doing. She spoke with knowledge about the products and showed me how to re-create my hairstyle at home. Front desk people were friendly and didn't try to cram a sale down my throat. So all in all I think this is a great place for cut and color and you should at least give it a try once.
Pros: Stylists with advanced training
Cons: mall location and its always booked for last minute
