I suffered for 20 years with debilitating PMS symptoms; severe pain with menses, neck and back pain, headaches, insomnia, irritability and anxiety, all related to an imbalance in my hormones. Doctors' recommendations never helped so, I turned to TCRA for Acupunture as a last resort. Being an RN and trained in traditional Western medicine, I was sceptical as to how or if Acupunture could actually help. Well, it DID! After only a few treatments, I was able to sleep without sleeping pills, my headaches and pain in my neck were gone, I took no more pain medications during my periods and my irritability and anxiety had decreased significantly. Thank you TCRA for helping me, I am forever greatful!
