I ordered a new lap top screen on a Sat. morning...The sales guy Todd told me it would be in by Friday and that he would give me a call when it came in... Friday, Monday came no phone call so I called Tuesday and ask where it was... they had no idea so I waited called Wed. still no idea so I asked them to call the company they ordered it from to find out where my screen was... he said he would call me back; he did said it should be there sometime today... guess what it did not show Wed. Tried calling Thrusday before closing time to check on it; got put on hold; no one ever picked up!\r

Long story short the customer service at this place is worthless!!!
