It is clear that the woman who owns this business has little or no customer service experience. She struggles to constantly come up with gimmicks to bring in clients without realizing the effect they have on current clients. Maybe she thinks that marketing is the only way to run a business and Not customer satisfaction.\r

Every trainer I have had has been great! but lady please....figure out what kind of business you want to run and understand what you clients are there for! Your clients only want the best workout experience. They don't care about all of the other stuff and they don't want to fee taken advantage of!
