I recently found this studio after searching high and low for quality instruction at reasonable prices. I found \r
both my Pilates AND Yoga expereince to be exceptional! The Yoga room comfortably holds around 6-8 making it a very personalized experience. The other Yoga studios in town have WAY TO MANY people in one room! Who in the world wants 30 people in a class? Not me! The pricing is more than competitive when you consider the small group size. Frankly, I would expect to pay more than they are charging. Same with Pilates, very personalized so I definately get what I'm paying for. I've done both Yoga & Pilates for years (off and on) and this is some of the best instruction I've seen....definately in this town.
Pros: Quality Value and Convenience (just like QVC!)
