Not knowing what to expect, I contacted David with A-Complete Home Inspection, based on the fact he actually posted his rates online. I had received a quote from one of his competitors for double the price of his fees. David turned out to be not only affordable, but I couldn't imagine receiving more courteous and thorough service from anyone else. I attended the inspection, and asked questions while David answered each of them completely and in terms I could understand. The main things he pointed out to me are things I would not have noticed myself, and would have cost me dearly had they not been attended to promptly. David also called me back for follow-up twice, and has even offered to come back at my convenience (no charge) to make sure the problems were indeed fixed...(and this was after my check had cleared!)
I feel an inspector is as important as your real estate agent and mortgage lender, and David lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend his services to anyone purchasing or selling a home.
