A-Complete Home Inspection Svc

I'm a first time home buyer and have been overwhelmed by the process. David Crist was incredible. I could not be more satisfied. He took the time to walk me through the entire house and explain everything from my water meter/cut off valve to my AC unit in the attic. He was patient with my both myself and my Wife. He really went through every inch of the house and pointed out many things. Luckily, there were no major issues and just some minor things to be aware of. His price was substantially less than any of the other companies I called. Furthermore, we needed the inspection on a Saturday, due to my Wife's work schedule, and David was willing to meet us, unlike the four companies I contacted before calling him. He has good review for a reason and he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend David Crist! more

Not knowing what to expect, I contacted David with A-Complete Home Inspection, based on the fact he actually posted his rates online. I had received a quote from one of his competitors for double the price of his fees. David turned out to be not only affordable, but I couldn't imagine receiving more courteous and thorough service from anyone else. I attended the inspection, and asked questions while David answered each of them completely and in terms I could understand. The main things he pointed out to me are things I would not have noticed myself, and would have cost me dearly had they not been attended to promptly. David also called me back for follow-up twice, and has even offered to come back at my convenience (no charge) to make sure the problems were indeed fixed...(and this was after my check had cleared!) I feel an inspector is as important as your real estate agent and mortgage lender, and David lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend his services to anyone purchasing or selling a home. more

Very thorough inspection! David took his time and did not rush us through the process. Advice and recommendations were spot on. We even had further trouble getting our builder to fix a problem David had found and we called him several times after the inspection. He always was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. Overall our whole experience was great. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services to family and friends with no hesitation. more

I previously purchase two other homes & obviously was not impressed with the inspection for I could not locate their info. So, we contacted David. Let me just say that David is very organized, thorough and does not rush his inspection. The following day after I was so upset David reversed everything with the most complete and professional report I could have ever imagined. I guess things were pretty tight during the holidays and I'm sure he must do great work because his other review was very positive and except for the delayed report I thought he was very personable and informative during the inspection. If I ever have to do one again I hope he will do it for me in spite of my earlier review.
