The service technician and the people on the phone are very nice.\r \r However ""providing service to people, not just machines"" should not be their motto.\r \r They have been to my house on 3 separate occasions to repair my freezer. Twice with the wrong part. There is a problem with the parts supplier and we will call you back in one or two days. That was two weeks ago. I called again and was promised a callback last week. No one has called.\r \r It is almost a month since they first came here. \r \r Why do I have to call them to follow up? Shouldn't the onus be on them to keep the customer up-to-date? Even if there is no resolution yet couldn't they just call to say we are working on it and we haven't forgotten you? They are very nice on the phone and that's where it ends. Cesar B. where are you??
