UNPROFESSIONAL, TRUST THE OTHER REVIEWS COMMENTS THAT RATED THEM POORLY. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE DEFINITELY POSTED BY THE EMPLOYEES OR FRIENDS/FAMILY OF THE COMPANY. I NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE/REPAIR GUY. YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR THE PRODUCT HAVING DEFAULTS SO HE WOULD HAVE A JOB TO COME IN AND REPAIR THE THING. BUT NO, HE ACTS LIKE HE'S DOING ME A FAVOR BY BEING THERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL THE NEXT SERVICE COMPANY ON THE LIST.
