We have a recalled cooktop which turns itself on (potential fire hazard). The company which is in the same town as us sets up an appointment with us. We ask for the END of the day because we work in the City. Well they call the night before to leave a message on my husband's cell phone telling us we have a 10 AM appointment the next morning. My daughter remains home from work to let the serviceman in. My husband calls the company to tell them YES someone will be home. In the time it took my daughter to put the dogs out in the yard and answer the front door, she WATCHED the serviceman DRIVEWAY! Not eve a call to say ""hey we are here please open the door"". Called the office and the rude girl who took the call refused to send the serviceman back to our home and they expect us to live without the cooktop for another week. I guess this is their good business practices when it's a ""freebie"" because of the recall. Shows you how concerned they are for peoples saftey. BEWARE - Too bad I had to give it 1 star. They deserve none.
