I needed a couple pairs of pants hemmed, and didn?t know where to go. I looked on this website, and read the previous review. It seemed like a reputable place to go. I called Irene to set up an appointment. I was supposed to be there at 9:30am on a Thursday morning. \r

I arrived on time and rang the door bell?and rang the door bell?and knocked on the door?.and knocked on the door. I finally tried to call her phone number, thinking perhaps that she had not heard the bell. I called her phone number twice, with no answer. I knocked on the door and rang on the bell one more time. After more than 10 minutes of waiting at her front door, I finally decided to just leave. \r

I was very disappointed in Irene?s professionalism. I made a special trip out to her home, and didn?t even get my pants hemmed. I would recommend not wasting your time with Irene?s Alterations. \r
Cons: Didn't answer the door or phone when I arrived for my appointment!
