Review content:
First the driver was 30 mins late, then a week later another $110.00 (unauthorized) was charged to my credit card as extra tip. Then, when I called it took one week to get a credit to my account. So the owner/manager said that because he had forgotten about giving me the refund for a week he would give me 1 hour free in one of his limos. I took him up on the offer and instead of needing a whole 1 hour I asked if he could just simply do a ""pick up"" for my sister and new husband after their wedding. The wedding was just 10 mins from the Action Limo site. He was asked to drop them off at a hotel downtown. This would have taken 30-45 mins tops. All was set and 1 hour before the wedding he called to say he could not do it because some of the drivers were running late!!?? Needless to say, we got another company for the drop off and even though this company is right down the road from us we will use someone else in the future!
Pros: Nice Limo
Cons: Late driver, unauthorized credit card charge and undependable
