Services agreed upon were not followed through upon. Owner has shown no remorse for the broken agreements. \r
On August 7, 2009 I deposited $100 as a down payment to Action Limousine Services for rental of the 2008 White Hummer on August 22, 2009. Along with rental, the owner guaranteed full service at entry of Solas Lounge with a no cover charge. On 8/22/09, the limo arrived 30 minutes late with obvious trash/melted ice/grass remnants still remaining within the vehicle from the previous clients. The arrangement made with the Manager of Solas was void, and had not been verified by Action Limo. Therefore, there were obvious problems with entry of the lounge. The owner of Action Limo was called, but offered no assistance. When notified on Monday morning of the less than desirable evening, I received no replies from emails and multiple phone calls. The owner finally responded with an attitude of ""it's not my problem"" when in fact, on August 7, 2009, we agreed that the service he would provide would be a clean, reliable vehicle transportation and VIP treatment at the entry of Solas, meaning no cover charge & no waiting in line. The only service that was provided was the actual transportation from point A to B. The driver covered 30 additional minutes of no charge at the ending time to offset the late arrival at the beginning of the night. This was expected to be an elite service, however, proved to be no more than a taxi. The total $500 was paid for services not rendered.
