Rented a car for a work seminar over the weekend and i only needed the car from thursday night thru saturday night. I was disappointed to hear that I would have to rent the car thru Monday because Daves closed at 1pm on Sat. Never in my life have i been to a rental company where the sales person wont meet you when you are ready to return the car....instead i was informed i would have to rent the car for 2 extra days!!! Also i was told they were holding a $300 deposit and the balance of the rental car would be taken out of that upon return of the car. That was a big joke! The company held $300 but also took out the balance of the rental car and I AM STILL waiting on the held money to be returned 4 days later! I will never go to this company again. I am very disappointed with their lack of information, professionalism, and will not be referring anyone to this company for rental or for sales!! They need to work on their business ethic, and explain the details of a rental more clearly to their clients! I thought i was only out $300 holding deposit yet instead i am out the holding deposit...plus the car rental expense! Had i known that, i would not have rented the car in the 1st place!
