Review content:
The first few times I used Steam Express I was happy with them. I recommend them all the time. I also have a friend who loved them as well. However, in February I had someone come out and try to sell me a lot of extra stuff. I just needed it cleaned because I was going to be replacing it with tile in a couple of months. I told him that I just wanted the deep clean and nothing else special.
When he finally stopped trying to sell me extras he was in and out of my house in less than 15 minutes. It has never taken that little time before. They always clean the same area in my house and the guys always took at least 45 minutes. My carpet was still wet the next day. I was horrified.
I called to complain and the representative said she would send someone else out, but I said not to bother. I don't want to use them again. I was going to start cleaning the bedroom carpets, but I am not going to use Steam Express. Not after that guy.
