WOW!!!!!!! I didn't think this type of service existed any more. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. I left a message asking for some information on repairing my Mac book pro laptop and I received a return call right away. These guys were very knowledgeable and their price quote was fair so we set up an appointment to pick up my computer. They arrived on time, looked over the problems with the computer, gave me an estimated time frame for the repair! The best was when they completed the repair in the estimated time frame. To say it is ""inconvenient"" to be without your computer is certainly sarcasm and HB Computers kept that time to a minimum, returning my laptop in no time so I would have it ready to go for the work week! They did exactly what they said would do, for the price quoted, in the time frame quoted and my computer is actually repaired and running GREAT!!!! (unlike my experience with a repair shop very close to my house) I HIGHLY recommend HB Computers and would not hesitate to use their services again.""
