i am very satified 5/22/2012

HB Computers serviced my Laptop in which the video card had to be replaced. In two days, I had my Laptop back and functioning as good as new again. Overall it has been a very good experience with fast reliable service and at a reasonable cost. more

Rescued my Laptop 5/22/2012

If you have a computer you know that a virus can destroy your hard drive. HB Computers to the rescue, they fixed it within 3 days and charged a fair price. That was 5 years ago, and I've used them ever since. The staff is knowledgable and knows how to get to the root of a problem and resolve it.\r \r I've even taken my daughter and son's computers there and same good service everytime.\r \r Thank you HB Computers. more

They are simply the best, i have had an excellent experience with them. My computer needed lots of work to be fixed, and needed to work on it for my finals and they finished it for me on time. they were fast, can be depended on, and Is highly professional and presents well to clients/customers. I highly recommend them. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! 5/17/2012

I was reluctant to bring my computer to a place where I have never taken my computers except dell, hp, apple etc repair centers. Nothing was coming up on my computer screen and these guys were efficient and helpful and know their repair work. I was told that my computer will be ready within 48 hours and I was so glad that Amir called me next day that my computer is ready to be picked up. It was my first time experience in 40 years that I trusted a center where all brands are repaired and I am very satisfied with HB Computers and would recommend them to all my Golf Course friend & family. more

I was having serious problems with my old Pentium 4 computer, so I looked on-line and found someone who could help. I found HB Computers listed, I called them, and there technician came to my house to solve my problems. He named his company well, because he really is one savvy person for solving computer problems. Technician found the problems, and solved critical issues by replacing my hard drive. That was very important he did the replacement without losing any of my data on the old hard drive. I enthusiastically recommend “HB Computers” to anyone experiencing any software issues etc…His prices are very reasonable nothing out of this world. I have used other computer repair technicians in the past, and I think “HB Computers” IS THE BEST COMPUTER PLACE SO FAR. I also decided to have “HB Computers “put together a new computer for me. We discussed what I needed, and wanted, and he built a terrific new computer for me. Anyone wanting a new computer cannot go wrong by having “HB Computers” build it. His price is very competitive, and a person gets a computer tailored exactly to what his or her needs are, and within budget. I was truly impressed by their expertise. HB Computers has the best service and knowledge in town. 5/4/2012

For those techies in the know, this store has been in the area for a long, long time. It's a great resource for parts and accessories that are no longer sold in new computer stores. I really love this store, every time I've been there, I've come back very satisfied. Same goes for everyone I've sent there. The owner is awesome, and will work with your schedule to make sure that you're not unduly inconvenienced by the repairs you need to get. Case in point: I had to get my laptop fixed after spilling some water on it and he kindly scheduled it so that I only had to give up my laptop for just-about 10 hours! more

Computer crashed 5/2/2012

Hard drive died and so did I. HB Computer installed a new HD, installed new XP program, upgraded Office, transfered all data from external backup HD at a reasonable price and in a fast time frame. \r \r Then to top if off about 2 weeks later computer got infected with massive virus attack. HB Computer reinstalled everything again at no additional cost.\r \r So far so good. more

FAIR, AFFORDABLE & UPFRONT 4/27/2012

WOW!!!!!!! I didn't think this type of service existed any more. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. I left a message asking for some information on repairing my Mac book pro laptop and I received a return call right away. These guys were very knowledgeable and their price quote was fair so we set up an appointment to pick up my computer. They arrived on time, looked over the problems with the computer, gave me an estimated time frame for the repair! The best was when they completed the repair in the estimated time frame. To say it is ""inconvenient"" to be without your computer is certainly sarcasm and HB Computers kept that time to a minimum, returning my laptop in no time so I would have it ready to go for the work week! They did exactly what they said would do, for the price quoted, in the time frame quoted and my computer is actually repaired and running GREAT!!!! (unlike my experience with a repair shop very close to my house) I HIGHLY recommend HB Computers and would not hesitate to use their services again."" more

PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE 4/26/2012

Amir and his team at HB COMPUTERS have done an extraordinary job in creating an extremely reliable computer service business. Our laptop computer crashed 2 times, I called couple of places but was not satisfied including Geek Squad didn't do much to help. HB Computers diagnosed the problem, installed wireless for our home, repaired the computer, and placed a level of encryption and security that eradicated all of the problems we experienced. You have more than earned our business!! You can count that we will use you and highly recommend you, now and in the future. THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!!! more

I have a services business and I need a reliable computer in order to assist my clients. I am fortunate to find HB Computers to keep my data updated and maintain my computers periodically. These guys offer diversity of services pertaining to computer repairs or intstallation of new hardwares. They do their job right.... Their turn around time and cost of services for the repairs is excellent. I highly recommend them for your computer needs as they far excel than what I had previously experienced with other computer services including Geek Squad. more

HB best computer repair shop 4/26/2012

I had my work laptop crashed on me with a LOT of data/files...took it to HB computers and couldn t have taken it to a better place! These guys are very professional, customer satisfied oriented and they did the job in a short time for a really good price! I will return there if i ever have any other issues with any of my computers...that is 100% sure! I strongly recommend to visit them if you have computer problems! more
