Review content:
I visited Bob's Ukulele in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center on Sunday night January 16, 2011. The service was so blatantly awful and disrespectful that I felt compelled to write this review. The gentlemen working that night completely ignored me and was rude. I was looking at the top of the line ukes - Kanilea in the $2,800 range. Granted I look young, I am a serious buyer. I do collect high end ukes and I do have substantial financial resources. When I tried to look at the high end ukes he asked me to back away and acted like I was bothering him. He never offered to show them to me or help me. Although he readily did show it to another older Japanese gentleman in the store. When I tried to look at the uke at the same time he asked me not to touch the uke. This guy should be fired or at least reprimanded for prescreening customers and for providing the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He made me feel like a second rate citizen.\r
