The apartments are very good. I have to agree with the reviews left here about the management. It was taken over by Graystar and since then they have jacked up the rent prices. Don't be fooled by initial move-in rate. Your rent will probably go up when it comes to renewal. In my case it went up $60 per month. Of my years of renting history at different apartments, it usually goes up by $10 or $15. Also the management is not that friendly. Apart from this, the apartments are great.
