The apartments are beautiful. There is track lighting which is very nice, there is an island in the kitchen. We have the 2 bed/2 bath and both bedrooms have large closets and the bathrooms have nice soaking tubs. These are new, we were told they first opened May 2009. My roommate and I moved in January 2010. We were very pleased with the friendliness of management at first, as well as the high level of customer service. Any maintenance issues reported are always taken care of right away. They are pet-friendly, but charge an arm and a leg for pets. Only problems so far are that Fairfield went under, and management changed to Greystar. They have increased rent prices as well as added pet rent (was not required when we first moved in, when we paid $450 in non-refundable pet fees). Sadly, one of our favorite people in the office left when management changed, and was replaced by someone else who seems to have a chip on her shoulder and creates problems when there aren't any, and makes people feel awkward because she is demeaning and patronizing. If you want my money, you should keep me reasonably happy, because otherwise I will find someone else willing to take it. Also, our next door neighbor likes to party, blasting her radio loudly inside her home and talking on her cell phone outside on her porch so that we can hear it at the opposite end of the apartment, even late at night when she seems to be even louder for some reason. She's gotten better about blasting the radio through the wall at least, since we first moved in and now *usually* turns it down by the so-called ""mandatory"" 10 PM quiet hour, which is nice. I suspect that this is not the case in all apartments, though I would not recommend poolside for anyone who wants quiet because they've had issues with noise there too. All in all, it is much better than most other places I have ever lived, in terms of parking, management, maintenance and amenities. If you can afford it, I recommend it.
