There is not enough room to write how much I loathe this place. The apartments are very beautiful but to live there is complete hell. First of all the management is a very disrespectful staff, I dread going in the office to pay rent or to request a service for something because I was disgusted by there service. Not only is their service bad, but it was almost impossible to get them to do something about mold that was growing in our window seals and all the way up the wall. You will end up paying an arm and a leg to live here for a horrible experience, and then after the end of your 14 months of loyalty they'll want to up your rent $150. On top of that, the sound proofing--there is none-- is horrible. We heard the guy above us snoring every single night to the point to where we couldn't sleep and some nights it would even wake us up. We got to where we had to keep our blower fan on constantly so we could drown it out. After we moved out, we anticipated our security deposit back, and it was a total of $3.58. They dedcuted having to paint our walls, having to clean out kitchen drawers, and replacing drip pans on the oven. All this totaling $97.00 for daily wear and tear. Please keep the $3.58 and buy yourself some lessons on customer service.
Don't even bother with this place, we live with Camden now and they are so much better. The living is comfortable, the staff is great and very helpful, and it is much much more quieter.
