Review content:
I had a problem with squirrel damage to a built-in awning a little below the roof. Squirrels had made a nest and a mess up there. The man from Karakas Roofing came in, reviewed the situation, and told me a cost for the work that I found reasonable. He came on the appointed day at the appointed time, and took care of the business at hand in one afternoon.
While he was there, I asked him to check on the actual roof of the house for broken tiles. He came down and told me that there were some broken tiles, but what they recommend is that I have the valleys in the roof cleaned. They hadn't been cleaned in 13 years, so I agreed. He told me what they had to do to remove tiles from the valley area and then clean everything. Again, he quoted a price I could afford. He and his men did everything that he said he would do in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice and helpful. I'm pleased with the work and would recommend him to anybody I know.
