This has to be the worst car wash in the world. \r

I took my van for a wash and when I exited the tunnel the rear bumper was ripped apart. I immediately notified the manager who had prepped the van and he acknowledged the damage but stated that he would notify the general manager. Having not heard from the ""general manager"", I placed at least 20 calls to them before he returned any of my calls. He asked that I take the van back to them which I did, and showed him the damage - he claimed there was nothing he could do but talk to the owner who was conveniently out of town. \r

Long story short, I contacted my insurance company who asked for information about their insurance. Their super rude 'general manager' totally refused to give this information. I called the McKinney Police Department regarding this issue and was advised to file a civil suit against the car wash. \r

Checking with the better bussiness bureau, McKinney Finish Line has a rating of 'F' - I don't wonder why! \r

I have happily added a complaint against them there.
