My son took my truck their for me while going through wash truck shook came off tracks gashed my chrome bumber scratched my fender. Manager agreed asked me to get a estimate which I did and dropped of to him. I even offered if he would do the bumper I would do the fender. Manager said that was more than fair he would give the est. to the owner and the owner would be in touch. Thats been 3 months no returned call from the owner after several attempts to contact him by me left many messages. I have finally realized I am involved with one of the few irresponsible businesses in McKinney so I filed a report with the Better Business \r
Bureau they said I had a legitimate claim filed a complaint and this owner will not even return their attempts to contact him by letter or phone. Do not patronize this bad businessman there are to many other good carwashes in McKinney.
