It is important when hiring a piano moving company to have the correct information about the piano move.
As the owner of the Piano Mover Inc, safety is paramount on every job site.
This customer had never been to the delivery location and did not inform us of the correct amount of steps. We secured the piano safely in their storage facility.
We were never given the opportunity to complete our service and the customer received a 30% refund on the piano move.
As the owner of the Piano Mover Inc, it is our goal to perform our service to a high level of quality. My word is my bond. Bill Rogers
