Mosby did a complete exterior remake-siding, every window, attic insulation with venting, front door with sidelights, circular front porch, driveway, and sidewalk from driveway to porch, brick mailbox, repair and sealing of deck in 2010. In 2011 I had a plumbing emergency with total blockage of pipes from kitchen to exterior drainage in 2011 that they did a great job with rerouting pipes after taking care of the immediate problem. There was total and complete satisfaction with everything, including the price, for both jobs. The difference between Mosby and the wannabes is simple. They do quality work and give great value. Value defined by me is the highest quality for the price paid, not the smallest dollar amount. From my research on the company, and personal experience during the work, I realized that the price was fair with excellent value because they were delivering a product that was the result of a process of continuous quality improvement. I was paying for a physical product but receiving much more than only materials-I was receiving the process of continuous quality improvement in the use of the materials. They are always looking for a way to do a better job tomorrow than the way they do it today, and the customer always benefits. There was always a go-to person in their office when I had a question and always a person with direct responsibility for MY JOB on site that was always available to talk to, and they finished the job on schedule. I would never let anybody else but Mosby come near my present house to do anything and they will custom build my next house from start to finish.
