We, a party of 4, attempted dinner on a Saturday night. The wine list is nearly entirely Californian wines which are marked up to the tune of 500-800% (normal restaurant markup is closer to 300%) - which means a $10 bottle of wine is costing you $80 here. If you're thinking cocktail - a martini is likely to cost $40.00! \r The food: wedge salad is not a salad at all but rather a cup of salad dressing dumped on the lettuce wedge. The sides are nothing creative and include creamed spinach, creamed corn, etc. They also double up the ""cream"" as the universal topping on all the seafood dished. The steaks were not prepared at the correct temperature and ended up tasting dry and leathery.\r The service: the waiter's desire to ""upsell"" was egregious. If you order Jack Daniels, he tries to sell you Makers and if you order fish, he tries to sell you lobster. If by chance you don't go with his recommendation, here come the ""funny looks"" and ""sotto voce"" comments all night long.\r All in all, the restaurant has little to offer. Value, flavor, and service are entirely missing and leaves us feeling like we're left holding a three pronged fork. Pros: Ambiance - marginally. Bread. Cons: Wine list, food and above all service
