Review content:
I clipped a coupon to this business that advertised a $40 smog check. I called in advance to make sure that mini vans were covered by the coupon and the manager Chris said ""Sure I can do it for $40."" So I drove over there a couple days later and presented the coupon to which he said mini vans are $60. I relayed our previous conversation and he said I was mistaken and that he never would have said that. He stated that he had no recollection of our conversation even though I cited other info that we had discussed, such as where the business was located and how long the smog check would take. He was rude and dishonest and wouldn't give me the owner's name or phone #. He lost out on my business and much more because you can be sure I will tell all my friends about this terrible experience at EZ Smog in Placerville!
