Businiess name:  Flaming Wok

Review content:
I've been eating at restaurants owned by this family for many years now (they also own Shan Hu in the Hobby Airport area). I am probably the pickiest Chinese eater you'll ever meet. Very few chinese places impress me. Flaming Wok and Shan Hu are absolutely the best, hands down. \r \r Some suggestions :\r \r Shrimp with Garlic Sauce - For those who like it a little spicy. If you want it even spicier, just tell them and they'll make it for you.\r Peking Shrimp - My wife's favorite. Hard to describe, but wonderful.\r Bean Curd with Black Mushrooms - Great option for vegetarians. Delicious. I alternate between this and the Shrimp with Garlic sauce. Still trying to figure out which is my favorite. I think if I continue research over the next 30 years or so, maybe I'll figure it out. \r \r This place is located on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena. It is worth the drive...regardless of where you live! Pros: Absolutely wonderful food at a very reasonable price. Best in town. Cons: none....except I wish I could eat here every day.
