After going to another salon in round rock for the last year, I started to notice a lack in customer service and attention to detail with my services so I decided to try out something new, I did some research and learned about Susan Hart on main street, they had great reviews, I also notices they were just awarded top salon in Round rock, I called for a price quote and spoke to Destiny, she was very sweet and gave me all the information I needed, she set me up with Mandy for my cut color and Karetin treatment! I was pretty excited considering Mandy L has great reviews online. from the moment I walked in I was blown away! Susan was an actual person and is beautiful, and a very humble lady. I was greeted promptly and my service was outstanding! Mandy is very knowledgeable about all the products, and she used to work for Aveda, witch was a total bonus for me because the salon I was going to prier to my visit at Susan hart was Aveda, she knew all my current products and was able to recommend similar ones! I feel blessed to have met her and found Susan hart! I will be back thanks so much to all the staff that made my experience the best I have ever had!
