Review content:
Today we went to Friar Tucks Engligh Cafe next door and walked by Susan Hart. I picked up a service menu at Friar Tucks to go over because I need a new stylist. I would have gone inside but I had no time. So I saw that top prices for haircuts are $100 and highlights $240? I personally think spending $340 for a cut and highlight by the most experienced stylist is too expensive for Round Rock, even me as a high-income business professional.\r \r So I came on here, wanting to see pictures of the inside of the salon and there are none. Reading the reviews, I notice that the negative reviews has several responses from the owner more or less defending the salon. (one review she wrote 5 times)\r \r Considering I need a new stylist, I read the reviews on here and noticed that it said clients were stood up on the 4th of July. The owner in her response didn't address the situation as much as she tried to emphasize the stylists are booth rentals and it was in fact the 4th of July weekend. Why does that matter if they can come and go, are booth renters and have keys? That is more of a reason they should show up for their customers. If the salon was closed on the 4th of July and *multiple clients* were waiting outside, that's bad because how could a system mess up on several appointments? Yes mistakes can happen, but multiple clients waiting outside is much more than a mistake. It's a red flag this place has bad customer service, is disorganized and the staff that stood up clients should fired.\r \r I already made a decision that I will not come here, while it is also obvious that the good reviews are done by staff. Pros: Nice part of Round Rock Cons: Reading Reviews
