I called Susan Hart Regarding a Keratin treatment I got from ANOTHER Salon, needless to say I was very frustrated and unhappy with the outcome. Thats when I had decided to call Susan Hart to get some advice on what to do, mind you I had never been to Susan Hart but had looked up other salons in the area that promoted a Keratin like the one I received, Immediately the gentlemen on the phone handed me over to their Salon Manager Mandy, she was very sweet and was able to answer all my questions going above and beyond for me when I wasn't even her client! even offered to help me fix it at no cost! I am just speechless over the amazing customer service from this salon, and I will definitely be visiting Mandy for all my future hair needs!
