As a former manager of a fine dining restaurant & upscale resort retail shop on Kauai, I understand the finesse it take to provide service to those accustomed to ""the best of everything"", without disrupting the overall experience. Susan Hart is a classy salon that has services to accommodate the most discerning tastes. Yet, the overall friendliness & talent for putting me @ ease never ceases to amaze me. My whole family goes there & I am always promoting this salon to everyone I come in contact with.\r

I have to be frugile in my spending & Susan Hart provides very affordable services. Mandy takes care of my cuts, colors, Keratin treatments (if you have chronically dry hair, you will love what this does for your hair), & pedicures w/Gel GLITTER TOES! A must have.\r

Natalie is passionate about nails & I've dubbed her the ""Nail Wizard"" @ SH. I hadn't had acrylics for 17 years & am amazed by all the new applications that are available. In the last 2 months I've gone from traditional nail lacquer to shellac, to an awesome acrylic tip process where the color & glitter is in the acrylic. This is my personal fave. Natalie takes exceptional care in every nail process & stands behind her motto that ""you should never have to remove a set of nails because she can fix just about anything"".\r

My husband treated me to the Susan Hart Pin Up promo package for my birthday & Valentine's Day. I was a nervous wreck that day because I typically don't take good pictures. But immediately upon arriving @ SH I was treated to a very relaxing facial by Destiny. This was just a little something extra that they threw in to kick off my whole Pin Up experience. I spent five hours in the salon that day having my hair, makeup & pictures done then had to rush out the door to get to my birthday dinner @ Pappadeux. When I left I felt like the most beautiful, sexy woman alive! And I feel like this everytime I leave the salon. And BTW....my husband loves the pictures so much he is dedicating a wall in a our bedroom as his ""baby wall"".\r
