Review content:
We had a sunroom installed a few years ago by this company, which was very expensive for what it is. One big selling point was the asurrance that if any of the screens became ripped, or the roof leaked, they were a local company that would be there to repair the leaks/screens, etc. This has never happened, even after literally 2 years calling for a leaky roof and ripped screen on one of the doors. They never respond, not even a phone call. Initially, they did return the call once saying I still owed for a permit, unbeknownst to me, which I paid along with an additional $250 dollars. Even after I paid the additional expense, they never did the repairs. A man was sent out to see the leak, and never returned, calls and online requests for service were never anwsered. Of course, this is after they cashed my check for the additional funds. They even left a yellow stain on the roof from glue which they said would be cleaned and never was to this day. I would never, ever refer this company after this experience.
