This is by far my favorite place to go for a casual and delicious meal in Jersey City. I've followed their Chef from when he worked at Marco & Pepe and Lighthorse Tavern and am happy he's landed at The Iron Monkey.\r

The menu is eclectic and pairs well with the neighborhood pub feel of the place. I recommend the heartier dishes like Pork Shank with white beans or Chicken Thighs with roasted squash and olives both of which are well worth the $18 price tag.
