I feel as if I was taken for a ride by your company. I was told that my Maytag refrigerator had a bad adaptive defrost control board and damper assembly and that the charge would be $303 plus taxes and fuel charge. After having the job done I did some research. The defrost control board only cost about $55 and the damper assembly cost $28. So parts would only be about $80 to $85. The total time of labor was LESS THAN 2 minutes, so basically about $215 for 2 minutes of labor. Not good business. A huge rip off and very questionable tactics. Would not recommend..definitely do research before agreeing to any quote given by this company.
