Review content:
Not only did Signature serve the wrong food at my wedding but they were rude to us when we complained about it. Kelly, the person in charge told us thats what we got for down grading our food in front of are whole wedding party, when it was their mistake. We paid a lot of money for crab cakes and steak and our guest were served roast beef! The owner, Joey who was suppost to be present and wasn't refunded my parents 300 dollars. Which was nothing considering what we paid and the service that we received. Just another insult. Not only that but the ""bartenders"" didnt know how to make drinks or shots. A staff member actually told one of the guest to make her drink herself if she knew how to. Why even pay someone to be there if they are unable to do their job!!! I think Signature Catering puts on a good show in the beginning but in the end they don't preform. Please choose another catering company, you don't want to worry about anything on your wedding day. I would not recommended this Company at all.
