Signature Catering

So here I am the Mother in law....I did not do the planning , my new daughter in law did everything herself. WOW did she do a good job . The caterer she picked was fantastic, not once did I feel like I didnt matter . The lady in charge did a great job at making me feel included and just as important as the brides mom. The food was superb, the cake was beautiful and the servers were so very nice . My husband joked that he wanted a big mac and 15 minutes later he had one, it was so great to see his face when they served him.... Kudos to Kelly's personality. If you want to have a good time with great food and service call signature. Also the cake came from sugarbakers it was absolutely devine more

Where do I start? I had my oldest daughters wedding (2009) with Signature and did not think it could be possible to top it. However, I had my own wedding(2nd marriage) with them and I am still getting asked when are we having another wedding lol (I still have one unmarried daughter). EVERYTHING was beyond perfect! Kelly who helped me with my daughter's wedding was there again from beginning to end for me. When there was an issue with another vender I had hired she was there to save me. The food was to die for!! The staff was great. Very freindly and they also made sure not only mine and my husbands needs were met but my guest as well. Kathy, our Bridal hostess, made me have a worry free night. She made sure that everything went as planned. I cant wait to plan our next family wedding. I will never use any other caterer but Signature Caterer!! more

I used them for my wedding. The food was great but the service and overall planning was terrible. We were assured that everything would be taken care of and then several elements of the reception were screwed up. Our concerns were dismissed and the blame was put on us. Kelly was very rude in her response to our complaint and implied that we shouldn't complain about any of the problems simply because they made sure we had drinks in our hands. She also implied that we were cheap because we didn't hire a DJ, when in fact we didn't because we wanted the music played that we wanted, not cheesy music that ended up being played. Extremely disappointed in the service and especially the response to our concerns. more

We are just a few days out from our daughter's wedding reception and we had a wonderful experience at Peerce's Landing. Many of our guests made a point of telling us--that night and in phone calls--how much they enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the service at the reception. I am a worrier and Kelly was always there for me before and during the reception--answering all my questions and meeting all of our needs. The food was great--especially the signature chicken in puff pastry, which everyone commented on--the service was efficient and helpful, and the set up was lovely. We had made centerpieces that required the staff to arrange six items at each table, in addtiion to placing menus and candy favors--everything was done beautifully and then packed up for us to take back at the end of the reception. \r We had not purchased enough wine and Kelly immediately took care of the problem. She was just awesome, as was Diane, our event person. \r The layout at Peerce's is really nice--the various spaces provide places for the DJ and dancing to be going on while the older people could sit and talk in the quieter areas. \r It all came off like a dream--we couldn't beilieve how fast the time flew by--yet we were not rushed and had all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and get our things together at the end of the night. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service , the food, and the overall evening that Signature Catering provided for us. Kelly, our ""signature rep"" made sure we were very happy with our menu. The food we had at the orientation was sooo good that we had enough confidence in Signature to not have to go through an individual taste testing of our meal choices. On the day of our wedding, our Day Coordinator, ""Pam"" did everything she possibly could to make us happy and comfortable. I feel bad that I didn't have the time to thank her at the end of the evening because she truly made me a ""worry free"" bride. The evening was beautiful, and I know that they say no wedding is perfect, but you would never know it if anything had gone wrong because Pam was right on it! (And if Pam wasn't there, than Kelly was there, and if Kelly wasn't there, then a server was there.) Everybody was so nice. They set up our decor just as I had requested. At the end of the evening they carefully packed and loaded our glass decor and made sure they saw us off with everything in tact. I really couldn't have asked for more. In the days following, many of our guests could not stop raving about the hors d' ovres, and how delicious and filling they were. Many of them said they didn't even need a meal afterwards because they were so good. Many of of guests whispered to us that that was the best wedding they had ever attended. (One of which had just been married the week before.) What can I say? If you truly want ""down to earth"" customer service and extraordinarily delicious food at a very reasonable price, please seek Signature Catering. Take it from me, I've traveled the world and had delicacies from abroad, but Signature Catering truly, truly, made my day! Everybody was impressed. Pros: They even threw in a couple of extras that we had mentioned we liked..... (for free,) like the fried edible salad bowls, and the cake stand. Cons: The evening was too short .... more

I used Signature Catering for a corporate event of 200 guests. I was ecstatic by the level of service and professionalism of Kelly and her staff... The food was out of this world - EXCELLENT!! They were very attentive and courteous to all guests, (even the guests who had a little to much to drink.) By far the smoothest event I have thrown or attended for that matter and will definitely use them for all future events. Pros: Very organized - took care of everything Cons: It had to end more

Not only did Signature serve the wrong food at my wedding but they were rude to us when we complained about it. Kelly, the person in charge told us thats what we got for down grading our food in front of are whole wedding party, when it was their mistake. We paid a lot of money for crab cakes and steak and our guest were served roast beef! The owner, Joey who was suppost to be present and wasn't refunded my parents 300 dollars. Which was nothing considering what we paid and the service that we received. Just another insult. Not only that but the ""bartenders"" didnt know how to make drinks or shots. A staff member actually told one of the guest to make her drink herself if she knew how to. Why even pay someone to be there if they are unable to do their job!!! I think Signature Catering puts on a good show in the beginning but in the end they don't preform. Please choose another catering company, you don't want to worry about anything on your wedding day. I would not recommended this Company at all. more

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I couldn't wish for a more perfect day. The food was delicious and the service was great. Everyone was so pleasant. I would recommend you guys to anyone that I know who is planning an event. I didn't need a wedding planner because my bridal host attended to my every need. The hope my letter will be added to the many you have in your office. Thanks for being so patient with me. I know I was bridizilla, but you guys were always so professional. While we thought everything was planned to perfection, it was horrible. The linens were not the colors that we picked at our final meeting, the cake was the ugliest I have ever seen...someone from the caterers jammed flowers into the sides (I was told they would be placed in an artful cascade). There was only 1 bartender for 125 people, which created a terrible line. The servers were curt and rude to several guests. Overall we were extremely disappointed...and what should have been a worry free magical evening...was tainted by a truly disappointing catering experience. \r \r Shame on you Signature Catering!
