I have been a customer of Costa Insurance Agency for MANY years now, and I must say I was shocked to read this bad review on my agency. There was obviously a misunderstanding or, if it was an error I KNOW that all of the Costa Insurance employees, took immediate action to rectify the situation. I don't really read reviews that are posted on line about places, but was just looking on line to get their phone number and happened to stumble across this 1 bad review, and HAD to stick up for my agency!!! (your welcome, to my Costa girls) They have been in business for at least 25 years if not more, and I am pretty sure they have 5 locations. So, that alone says enough about how great they are. At Costa Insurance they don't make you feel like your just another Joe Schmo that walked through their door & needs insurance. I remember when I started with them about at least 8 years ago now, from the second I walked in their door they IMMEDIATELY made me feel welcome, with big smiles on all their faces. They were prompt, easy to deal with and they made me feel like they truly cared, and explained things so well. OK so obviously you all can tell that I am very satisfied with them so I won't babble on & on about this like I already am. Truly they are the best agency in the city of Taunton, & I will continue to be their customer until these old legs can't drive anymore. Oh & did I mention that they do have 5 LOCATIONS around here, I pulled out their business card and on it it says that their locations are as follows: Fall River, Attleboro. Plymouth, Brockton and the location I go to Taunton. Seems to me that a business with that many locations can't be all that bad. In conclusion, not to sound mean but I really think the person who wrote the not so nice review, needs to get their head checked or something. Apologies but I can't see how anyone would bad mouth such a cheerful & helpful agency. OK enough from me......Oh one last thing...........""GIVE COSTA INSURANCE A CALL"" THEY ARE THE GREATEST!!!! Everyone needs insurance so why not go somewhere that everyone is always so cheerful & upbeat and very willing to help you. Sounds like a no brainier to me!! Thanks for taking the time to read all this, now give them a call, what are you waiting for?
