This was my first bikini wax ever and I was completely nervous and slightly scared. Tracy was so amazing, she eased all my worries and made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained the process to me thoroughly and I am completely happy with the result. Love the holistic experience, the atmosphere and most of all Tracy! I will be a customer from this point on!
