I have read the reviews here and it is a shame that folks have had the problems that they have reported.
I have dealt with Lee each time I worked with the company. He is very nice, follows up and I have no problems with him at all.
My first experience with Kirtland was my having an engine shipped to them and having them install it into my 2004 Mitsubishi Endevour. ; no problems. They even picked up the car for free and the job was done timely and with no problems.
I am about to pickup the car now for its second visit; they replaced breaks and caliburs on the same car.
I would do business with them again
