Review content:
Sadly, we were theft victims. Our flat screen TV was taken from a locked house and the thieves locked the house behind themselves. Aside from family, no one but Maid Pro had access to a house key. Additionally, the week before the TV was stolen, after the cleaner left, we noticed that the TV cables had all been disconnected and the TV unplugged, as though someone was preparing to take it, but didn't. We reported this to Maid Pro before the robbery. We filed a police report and - at the officer's suggestion -- asked Maid Pro to send the team to see if they would return to the ""scene of the crime"". Maid Pro refused to do this and their only response was ""our girls would never steal"". Our case is still under investigation, but I would never use or recommend this company. When you allow someone into your home it is a sacred trust and ""bonded, licensed and insured"" should mean that this kind of thing rarely happens and, when it does, that the customer is heard. This company's management has loyalty only to its franchise, not their customers, who have trusted them with all their hard-earned possessions.\r Liked: Disliked: \r Edit - Delete \r
