Dave really listens to what you need and want and then takes care of you. I'm new to serious cycling. I've just been a casual rider on my all terrain Trek. My husband had talked me into competing as part of a relay team, that is participating in a sanctioned triathalon. The road bike I had was not working, and I contacted Dave to try to get help in making it work. I told him the issues I was having and what I wanted to accomplish. Immediately he knew what the problems were, and spent time helping me get what I needed to get up to speed. He listened to my concerns for safety and comfort and didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't ready for (like Clips). After spending several hours with me on fitting and instructions, I came home with a bike I love and can't wait to train on. What a difference!! Thanks Dave-you're the best!!
